Hello.
I have already received your request payments.
I tried to make payment, but I could not set the destination address other than the address in Japan.
I reviewed it and thought for a while, and I made inquiry to PayPal.
Their answer was that I cannot set the destination address other than the address in Japan in the request payments.
However, they also said that I can do so if you set the destination address to my address in Florida by creating invoice.
So, can you please send a bill to me again by xx?

Very nice translation.
Some comments:
- I think "the payment" and "an inquiry" would sound more natural.
- "I reviewed it" sounds like the person is going over it again and again. "After some consideration, I made an..." or "I though about it for a while, and made..." could sound better.
But overall, it's great! Well done.
Hi, light15 again. I appreciate your valuable inputs. I'll remember your suggestion, and will try to improve my translation in the future. Thank you very much!
