コントローラーの動画を添付しました。

cableをET9とコントローラーに繋げても使用出来ない原因が判明しました。
Multimeterで計測すると、電流が流れてないので断線しています。
弊社在庫と先月届いたもの、どちらも断線しています。
間違いなく初期不良です。
初期不良がないか必ずチェックしてから、2つ無料で下さい。

顧客からE01のスライダーの足を固定するネジを2つ欲しいと依頼されました。
2つで$2で販売して下さい。添付写真の赤丸部分のネジです。

できるだけ早急に返信を下さい。

Please find the controller's movie per attached.

The cable turned out to be out of use even though ET9 and controller are connected.
Measuring with the multimeter, the cable is disconnected as there is no current flowing.
Both of our inventory and the one we received last month were disconnected.
This is an initial defect for sure.
Please make sure there is no initial defect and send us 2 pcs for free.

Our customer requested to send two screws to fix the slider legs of E01.
Please sell 2 pcs for $2 total. The screw is the one highlighted in a red circle on the attached picture.
