コントローラーの動画を添付しました。

cableをET9とコントローラーに繋げても使用出来ない原因が判明しました。
Multimeterで計測すると、電流が流れてないので断線しています。
弊社在庫と先月届いたもの、どちらも断線しています。
間違いなく初期不良です。
初期不良がないか必ずチェックしてから、2つ無料で下さい。

顧客からE01のスライダーの足を固定するネジを2つ欲しいと依頼されました。
2つで$2で販売して下さい。添付写真の赤丸部分のネジです。

できるだけ早急に返信を下さい。

I attached the video of the controller.
I confirmed the origin of the usability of the ET9 cable and the controller connection.
When I measured it with the multimeter, the electric current wasn't flowing so it is disconnected.
The ones that our company has in stock and the ones that arrived last month, neither of those connect.

The client requested two fixing screws for the slider's foot of the E01.
Sell both of them for 2$ please. The attached picture shows the red and round screws.
