MAXIMIZING WAVE REUSE
Frixion ink turns clear with heat, but it doesn’t completely evaporate. This means in some lighting, old notes will appear as faint “ghost” images. Fortunately, Frixion pens continue to write perfectly over clear ink and our proprietary machine vision won’t be disturbed by old notes.
Although the book will “work” indefinitely, much like other reusable items the number of reuses you will get depends on a number of factors. These include your note density, pen type, pen pressure, typical lighting and a general tolerance of ghosts. Generally users can expect 5-10 reuses.
