仕事が忙しく、しばらく荷物の開封が出来ませんでした。あなたに迷惑がかかると思い、追跡番号で荷物の到着を確認し、良い評価を送信しました。
しかし、いざ開封すると、写真のような状態でした。新品というコンディションだったので、不具合があると思っていませんでした。

However, the item was in the condition of the picture once I opened it. You informed it was the condition of a new item, so I have never thought it was defective.
