造成されたばかりの敷地に建物は計画された。
外観の特徴の一つとなっている大きな煙突のように突き出した2階部分には、子供室や収納を、1階部分にはその他メインの部屋を確保する事で”将来的には平屋として暮らせるように”という施主の要望を実現している。
また内部では近い将来建て込んでくるであろう周辺環境を考慮し、2階廊下へ大きな開口を天井高さいっぱいにとり、その床部分をスノコ状とする事で下階への採光を確保する様にした。このスノコ部分へは空調の流れを損なわない様にアクリルをはめ込んでいる。

The building was planned on the fresh construction site.
Children's rooms and storage placed on the second floor that protrudes out like a big chimney which one of the features of the exterior design, and by placing other main rooms on the first floor, we were able to realize the owner's requests to "be able to in a one story house in the future".
In addition, the interior is designed taking into consideration the surrounding environment that will be built in the near future by making a large opening to the second floor corridor with full height to the ceiling and letting lighting pass through to to the lower floor by using a slotted floor. Acrylic is used for te slotted area in order to not to impair the air flow.
