詳しい人に聞いたのですがスペインでは購入者が実際にインボイスの金額で購入したという証拠がないと商品を受け取れない事がよくあるようです。Paypalでの購入履歴からインボイスを作成しそれを持っていかないと商品を受け取れないようなので金額を安くしてインボイスを発行する事はできません。お力になれずすみません。Paypalからインボイスを作成し指定のメールアドレスに送ります。

As it seems you cannot receive the item without presenting the invoice created from the purchase history in PayPal, I cannot make an invoice with the lower price than the actual one. I am sorry about that. I will create an invoice based on PayPal purchase history and send it to the designated mail address.
