まずはプランの提示が遅くなりまして改めて心よりお詫び申し上げます。
課題に対して複数のプランを提案しましたが、私が最も良策と考えるのは物流をアウトソーサーに依頼すること。特にBに任せる案です。
記載した通り、いくつかのデメリットはありますが、お互いにとってメリットのほうが多いと考えます。もちろん折り合いがつかなければBに依頼する必要はないと考えます。
