自社営業所を構えて営業所内で管理運営する方法です。
初期は物量が少ないので物流管理はやりやすいと考えますが、社内体制の構築と定着にそれなりの時間は要すると考えます。 
責任者・営業事務の2名は最低限必要です。物流管理はパートタイマー2名の一日交代制で対応可能です。
また在庫管理スペースも必要になるのでそれなりの広さのオフィスが必要になります。
私の憶測になりますがおそらく30㎡ほどで十分だと考えます。
場所はやはり東京に置いたほうが顧客から信用を得やすいと考えます。
