I am putting together information for the sales work of xx, and would like to ask you to give me some data on its bioavailability.

This website says the bioavailability is between 50 and 60% while according to this website it is 95 to 99%.
Which do you think is correct? Do you have any other data?

One of our customers reported a defective product. There was a crack on the cartridge from where the oil leaks.
