検品も済みましたので３００ドル返金いたします。

キャンセルに応じてもらえればペイパルに返金されます。

返品送料は２０ドルでお願いしていましたが
お客さんが　商品と申告された為　関税が掛かりましたので
送料負担分から　相殺させて頂きます。
関税は１７００円　大体１７ドルです。

キャンセル確認後３ドルペイパルに振り込みます

I have finished the inspection on it, so I will issue a refund for 300 dollars.

Once you accept the cancellation request, the money is refunded to your PayPal account.

I asked you to cover 20 dollars for the shipping fee for returning the item, but the custom duty was charged because you declared that it was an item. So I will balance out it from the shipping fee which I cover.
The amount of the custom duty was 1,700 JPY, which is about 17 dollars.

After I confirm your cancellation, I will send 3 dollars to your PayPal account.
