前金の条件が無いから、あなたに商品を発注しています。他の問屋の発注は、締め切りが終わっているので、今から発注を変更できません。これ以上は、追加の発注する事ができません。前回、下げ札の加工が汚くてお客さんとトラブルがおきました。次回は、綺麗に加工してください。他のお客さんで、適正な卸価格で発注をしました。

Because of the policy of our company, we do not place an order for the item which requires advance payment. And we never cancel the item of the order which we have once placed.
After we obtain the order confirmation letter from the manufacturer, we will issue a check to your company right away.
As you do not request the advance payment, we are placing an order to you. The due date of the orders to other suppliers is over, so we cannot change the order after now. We cannot make additional order any more. Last time we had a trouble on our customers because the process of the tag was not very good. Please make sure to process them tidily and cleanly next time. We placed an order in an appropriate price for another customer.
