しかし今回のご連絡内容には少し失望しています。

あなたのミスでは無いことは理解しましたが、
残念ながら今回のミスは致命的ですので、許容することはできません。

問題は２点。

①本体にプリントされたロゴが、私が希望していたものより小さいこと。
②本体の色が私の指定した色と異なること。


①ついては不満がありますが許容することはできます。
しかし②は許容できません。商品の特徴を決める一番重要な要素だからです。


大至急作り直してください。

However, I am a little disappointed at the message from you this time.

I understood it was not your fault, but unfortunately the mistake this time is a fatal one so I can never accept it.

There are two problems.

Regarding (1), I am not happy with it, but still I may be able to allow it.
