更新に際し、前回同様に5年間（2017年1月から2021年12月まで）の許諾をいただくか、または無期限での許諾をいただきたいです。
現在許諾をいただいております期限が2016年12月までとなっておりますので、その後も継続して利用できるよう、早目にお手配いただけますと幸いです。

なお、前回許諾いただいた際の許諾書の番号は、10-29938です。

For the renewal, I would like to receive a five years consent like last time (from January 2017 to December 2021), or if possible, an I would like to receive an indefinite consent.
The consent I currently have is valid until December 2016, so I would appreciate it if you could arrange the renewal quickly in order for me to able to continue utilizing it after the current one expires.

Please refer to the mail I sent the day before yesterday and in the attached file for the details.
Lastly, the consent document number when I received consent previously is 10-29938.
