English
Well then, let me tell you honestly.
Your father is opposed to you moving out in the first place.
It's because tuberculosis bacteria is the cause of tuberculosis, and the only way to treat it is with through drugs.
Just because your living environment becomes better, you are not going to see results.
If you are going to be spending lots of money to move out, I will give you money for your medication.
That is much more reasonable.

Do you think it would be okay if I would write "Well, I level with you." for the first sentence "では正直に言うね"?
Thanks for the review again.
Yes, you can use it, but you would need to write it, "Well, I will level with you then." or "Well then, let me level with you." To me, the "then" is important.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I will "peruse and scrutinize" your translations so I could be a more efficient writer in English! Though I am a Japanese, I love the English language very much. I always envy those whose native language is English. Thanks again and take care!
