7月中旬にWebフォームで問い合わせた際、商品代金全額($100)を返金して頂けるとのことでしたが、まだ一部($10)しか返金されておらず、残りの金額($90)がまだ返金されていません。クレジット会社に問い合わせましたが、残りの金額について貴社からの返金手続きの連絡をまだ受けていないとのことです。なお、$10の返金についてはクレジット会社経由での受け取りが完了しています。$10の返金に関する返金明細書を本フォームに添付します。早急に全額を返金して頂くようお願いします。
When I asked you in a Web form, you suggested you will refund full price($100) of the product, but I only received a part of it($10), the remaining money has not beed refunded yet.I inquiried to the credit company.They said that they haven't been contacted about the refund procedure from your company.$10 refund has completed receiving via credit company.I will attach the refund detailed statement.Please refund full amout as soon as possible.
