7月中旬にWebフォームで問い合わせた際、商品代金全額($100)を返金して頂けるとのことでしたが、まだ一部($10)しか返金されておらず、残りの金額($90)がまだ返金されていません。クレジット会社に問い合わせましたが、残りの金額について貴社からの返金手続きの連絡をまだ受けていないとのことです。なお、$10の返金についてはクレジット会社経由での受け取りが完了しています。$10の返金に関する返金明細書を本フォームに添付します。早急に全額を返金して頂くようお願いします。
When I made inquiry via WEB form in the middle of July, I received the response that a full refund for all amount of money of the item price ($100) should be issued. But so far I have just received a partial refund ($10), and I have not received the rest ($90) yet. When I made inquiry to the credit company, the mentioned that the had not received any information about the refund for the rest from your company. Also, regarding the refund for $10, the receipt is completed by way of the credit company. I will attach the detailed statement of the refund for $10 with this form. I would like you to issue a refund for the rest of $90 as soon as possible.
