2016年7月に改装オープンしたばかりの物件なので、とても綺麗です。生活に必要なもの揃っているので、スーツケース一つでの入居でもすぐに新生活をスタートすることができます。

ケネディ駅からヤングブロア駅まで地下鉄２１分でダウンタウンまでの通学、通勤時間３０分ほどで、この広さのお部屋！
目の前にティムホートン、＄１ショップ（ダララマ）、ジャイアントタイガー（食品等が買えるスーパー）

It is a share-house of flat type within walking distance from Kennedy station which is convenient to the downtown.

As it is a house renewal opened in July in 2016, it is very clean. As daily things are set, you can start your new life only with your suitcase.

The house is wide and commuting time is about 30 minutes and 21minutes to the down town to the subway to Youngblour from Kennedy station to school in the downtown.
In front of the house, there is a supermarket (Tim Horton, $1 shop (Dararama), Giant tiger) to buy such as food.
