2016年7月に改装オープンしたばかりの物件なので、とても綺麗です。生活に必要なもの揃っているので、スーツケース一つでの入居でもすぐに新生活をスタートすることができます。
ケネディ駅からヤングブロア駅まで地下鉄２１分でダウンタウンまでの通学、通勤時間３０分ほどで、この広さのお部屋！
目の前にティムホートン、＄１ショップ（ダララマ）、ジャイアントタイガー（食品等が買えるスーパー）

It has very clean condition because it is just renovativie opened on July 2016.
You can start new life just bringing suitcase because it has full facility for life.
It takes 21 minutes by metro from Kennedy station to go to yongebloor station.
And you can go to school or office within 30 minutes and you can enjoy this spacious room.
