・むやみに移動を行わない
地震発生から少なくとも3日間程度は救助・救急活動が優先され、混乱した状況が続きます。外出先にいる場合、むやみに帰宅しようとするとこれらの活動を妨げるだけでなく、自身にとっても大変危険です。職場や学校、一時滞在施設など安全な場所に留まることも検討してください。
