just a bare bones version of the Japanese site -- that the information I wanted didn't seem to be published online. That sort of thing happens a lot, where the "English site" is not a full website, and it tends to be quite useless.

I needed an ambulance because my friend had an heart attack on the street. I called the hospital and could tell the address, but the person on the phone didn't understand the word "ambulance", so it took him time and my friend arrived too late at the hospital.
