私は全ての商品を検品していますので商品が未完全である事はあり得ません
これはアマゾンもしくは配送業者によって紛失された可能性があります
アマゾンはこの注文に関して私に返金保障をしてくれますか？

There is a possibility that Amazon or delivery company lost the item.
Do Amazon guarantee the refund for the order to me?
