顧客は私の商品を受け取った際にケースは届いたが中身の商品が無かったと言っています
私は全ての商品を検品していますので商品が未完全である事はあり得ません
これはアマゾンもしくは配送業者によって紛失された可能性があります
アマゾンはこの注文に関して私に返金保障をしてくれますか?

顧客は商品が到着した際に商品に付属しているart coverが無かったと言っています
