運送に関する弊社の責任はお客様からご注文いただいた商品を梱包し、運送業者に手渡すところまでです。商品発送後のトラブルに関しては、弊社ではどうすることもできませんので、運送業者とご交渉下さい。

UPS, TNTの中からお客様が運送業者をご指定下さい。特にご希望がなければEMSにて発送させていただきます。EMSでは運べない大きな荷物はTNTで発送させていただきます。

Our responsibility of shipping are to pack the item that you ordered and to pass it to the carrier. The trouble after shipping, we cannot handle it at all, please negotiate with the carrier.

Please decide which carrier, UPS or TNT, should be used. If you do not have any request, I will send the item by EMS. If the package are too big to deliver by EMS, I will send it by TNT.
