運送に関する弊社の責任はお客様からご注文いただいた商品を梱包し、運送業者に手渡すところまでです。商品発送後のトラブルに関しては、弊社ではどうすることもできませんので、運送業者とご交渉下さい。

UPS, TNTの中からお客様が運送業者をご指定下さい。特にご希望がなければEMSにて発送させていただきます。EMSでは運べない大きな荷物はTNTで発送させていただきます。

Please consider well before ordering. However, if you'd like to request repair, we can arrange it at cost.

Regarding transportation, we are responsible for packing your order and handing to the courier agent. We cannot do anything in case of troubles after the item is sent, so please kindly negotiate with the courier agent.

Please choose either UPS or TNT as courier agent. If you do not have any specific request, we will send by EMS. Large parcels which cannot be sent by EMS will be sent by TNT.
