日本に届けられるはずです。

ドゥバイやチャンギなどのハブ空港からなら、航空貨物を関空（KIX）に
届けることは可能です。

And it is possible to deliver air cargo from hub airports such as Dubai or Changi to Kansai International Airport(KIX).
