不良品が多かったバッグですが、うちの妻がほつれや汚れを補修してFBA倉庫に出荷しました。
妻は相当時間をかけて作業しております。
こちらは写真を取ることができないのですが、返金をお願いできませんでしょうか？
また、行方不明となってしまったバッグについては再出荷より返金をお願いできませんでしょうか。


こちらのこの品質では残念ながら日本で販売するとお客様からのクレームになりますし、
御社のブランド名を傷つけることになると思います。
尚、同じバッグが日本では2780円で売られています。

Regarding the bags which included a lot of defective ones, my wife has repaired the breakage and cleaned up them, and has made shipment to FBA warehouse.
My wife has spent a lot of time in working on that.
Though I cannot take photographs, but can you please issue a refund?
Also, I would rather prefer a refund to re-shipment regarding the lost bags.

Unfortunately, this quality of these items would cause customers' claim if I sell them in Japan, and also it should have bad impact on your brand name.
Also the same bag is sold for 2,780 yen in Japan.
