この商品はTWINサイズ以外が選べない。他のサイズは無いのですか？

TWINサイズとFULLサイズを今後、年間合計150枚ほど仕入れたいと思っている。

I can not choose other size then TWIN size for this item. Don't you provide other sizes?
Are you going to produce this item continuously?
Also, I would like you to sell the item to me in wholesale price. How much would it be?

A few days ago, I received an invoice for the item I ordered with stitch works.
Has the item with stitch work been able to be delivered regularly now?
