あなたのギターを発送しようとしましたが、保管庫から在庫がなくなっていることが判明しました
注文日の翌日から本日まで探しましたがまだ見つかっておりません
紛失または過去に日本のショップで販売してしまったか最悪の場合盗難も考えられます。
このような事態は初めてで連絡が遅くなって申し訳ございません。
引き続きショップと連携して探しますのでまたご連絡致します。取りあえず代金を返金させて下さい。

I have one thing that I have to apologize you about.
When I tried to ship the guitar to you, but it turned out that the guitar is out of stock from our warehouse.
We have looked for it after the day you placed the order till today, but I have not found it yet.
It might be lost, or had been sold in the shop in Japan. Or, in the worst scenario, the guitar could have been stolen.
This is my first situation such as this, therefore I am sorry for my late message to you.
I will keep looking for the guitar continuously together with the shop. I will soon let you know the status. Please let me issue a refund tentatively.
