この会社、名刺を見てみると、リフォームや工事を全般に請け負っている会社のようでした。この会社が立会いに訪れたということは、この会社が営利企業である以上、部屋の原状回復にあたり利益をあげようとすることは明白です。これでは退去時に御社と入居者の間に入った公平な裁定ができませんし、入居者が著しく不利な立場におかれることは一目瞭然です。長きに渡り御社のサービスを愛用してきた顧客を不利な立場におくことは、御社が顧客サービスを重視していないことの現れだと考えます。
From what I understood from their business card, they seemed to be a contractor company that does renovation and construction. It is clear that they visited us because they wanted to make profit as they were a commercial company. Therefore, it is unfair that they make decisions in place of your company when a resident leave the place where he has been. It is quite obvious that the resident will go out on a limb. Putting your customers in a disadvantageous place will mean that your company does not respect the customers, who have liked your service.
