基本的には商品を車に取り付けた後のクレームは承っておりません。ダンパーを取り付けた直後から音がしたのでしょうか？また取り付けてからどのくらいで音が出るようになりましたか？また他の部品やネジなどの緩みがないかなどの確認をしていただけましたか？
メーターのランプがついたままになってしまいます。だから日本ではこうする方はほとんどいません。またエンジン音がうるさくなりますので、マフラーをご購入いただく意味がうすれてしまいます。それなら商品１と２をご購入されることをおすすめします。
Basically, we do not accept claims after products are installed into cars. Did the noise happen right after installing the damper? And ever since the installation, how much noise has it been making? Also, did you check if any parts or snails are loosening and so on?
The lamp on the meter is left hanging as it is. Therefore, almost nobody in Japan did this. Also, as the sound from the engine is so noisy, it's no worth buying a muffler. If that is the case, we recommend buying product 1 and 2.
