恥ずかしながら現在この要求について知っているスタッフがいないためもしご存知でしたら
なぜ2001年からA社からこの要求があるのに実際に今までなぜとりあげられなかったのかもし知っていたら教えて頂きたいです。

A社のために改めてインストラクションを出すべきか、それとも住所記載であることを会社のポリシーとして記載するべきかあなたの意見をきかせてください。

I am ashamed to ask this, but please let me know why this request from A-Company since 2001 has not been granted until now if you may know. Currently, there is no staff who knows about this request.

I would like to know your opinion if new instruction must be released for A-company or we should state that the address must be written in as our company policy.
