２．公表を拒否する理由
2015年の春に、ＢＴ，ＰＤＦの２点について改善を要求したが、約束が守られなかった。
2015年12月に、山田社長がＴｏｍＣＥＯに再度依頼したが、実行されなかった。
鈴木さんが約束を守らなかったことから、NECはＩＢＭに大きな不信感を持っている。
こうした状況下で、ＮＥＣはＩＢＭを推薦する事はできない。

2. The reason to reject publication
We requested the improvement on BT and PDF in the spring, 2015. But the promise was not executed.
In December, 2015, the president, Mr. Yamada asked the CEO, Tom again, but it was not executed, either.
As Mr. Suzuki did not keep the promise, NEC does not trust IBM at all.
Under such circumstances, NEC cannot recommend IBM.
