特に、鈴木さんには、今朝、ご出張から帰られたばかりの所、ご出席頂き感謝します。

２．今日の会議の目的は、IBM Japanの山田さんの件、及び、その後のNECのトライアルの進め方などについてご説明する事にあります。

１ Thank you for sparing time for the meeting today. Especially, I would like to thank to Mr. Suzuki for attending even though he just had returned from his trip this morning.

2 The purpose for today's meeting is to explain about Mr. Yamada, who works for IBM Japan, and how we proceed for the trial for NEC in the future.
