１．今日は、打ち合わせの時間を頂き、大変ありがとうございます。
特に、鈴木さんには、今朝、ご出張から帰られたばかりの所、ご出席頂き感謝します。
２．今日の会議の目的は、IBM Japanの山田さんの件、及び、その後のNECのトライアルの進め方などについてご説明する事にあります。

Especially I thank Mr. Suzuki for attending the meeting despite that you had just come back from business trip this morning.
2. The purpose of the meeting today is for us to explain about the topic of Mr. Yamada in IBM Japan, how to proceed the trial of NEC after that and other related topics.
