私は現在アフリカに行っている資金者にペナルティ請求をしたところ、関係者の間で大きく揉めてしまいました。
「何故、資金を準備しているのにあなたからペナルティと言われなければいけないのか」と怒られました。
これでは現地でのリリースが完了してもこの資金者が75Kの送金をしてくれるかわかりません。
