GBP 12.90の送料は追跡・補償(Royal Mail International Signed for)含まれますか？

保険と追跡の送料込みでGBP 165で購入したいです。

Does the price GBP 12.90 include tracking mail (Royal Mail International Signed for)? I want to purchase insurance and tracking at GBP 165. Also, Import charges at GBP 18.84 is expensive so can you cancel the setting for eBay's Global Shipping Program? I would really appreciate it if you could.

I only want "Broach 2 pieces" among these 3 pieces. Could you send these 2 pieces at 5.70 euro shipping fee?
