GBP 12.90の送料は追跡・補償(Royal Mail International Signed for)含まれますか？

保険と追跡の送料込みでGBP 165で購入したいです。
またImport chargesのGBP18.84が高いので、ebayのGlobal Shipping Programの設定を解除して頂けませんか？
お受けして頂けたら幸いです。

私はこの3点セットの内の「ブローチ2点」だけ欲しいです。
2点分の5,70 eurosの送料で送って頂けますか？

Could you tell me that the shipping for GBP 12.90 is included the tracking/warranty (Royal Mail International Signed for)?

I would like to purchase GBP 165 with only insurance and tracking fees.
And as GBP 18.84 for Import charges is high, would you release the setting of Global Shipping Program at eBay?
