インターネットの会社をかえてから、私たちのお客様からインターネットテレビが時々途中で止まってしまう（フリーズしてしまう）、という問い合わせをいただいています。

Ki社に下記を確認していただけると助かります

1.何らかのアクセス容量制限をかけていないか
2.何らかのセキュリティを強くしていないか


なお、PCとスマートフォンを利用する時はパケット通信ですので、問題なく使用できます。
インターネットテレビは連続、安定した電波が必要です。

We sometimes have inquiry from customers that the internet TV gets occasionally stalled (get frozen) after switching from an Internet connection service provider company to another.

We would be glad if you ask company K to confirm below.

1. If there is some limitation for the amount of sending and receiving data access.
2. If any of access security has been reinforced or not.

Also, in case they use PC and SmartPhone, it is no problem because packet connection is used.
Internet TV requires continuous and stable electrical wave.
