しかし、バイヤーはebayに今日も相談したので、私から返送ラベルが送られる
のを待つつもりだとのことです。
バイヤーは返送ラベルを使用しないと、商品の不着のリスクがあると言っています。

しかしいくらバイヤーに待ってもらっても私は返送ラベルを作成出来ません。
もうすぐエスカレートの対応期限の５日が経過してしまいます。
この場合、今後どう対応するべきなのですか？　具体的に指示してください。
よろしくお願いします。

However, the buyer said he would wait for me to send a return shipping label as he inquired of ebay about it today again.
He says that the item without a return shipping label may get lost during transport.

The problem is, no matter how long the buyer waits, I can not issue a return shipping label.
The 5 days I have to respond with the escalation will be over soon.
Please kindly advise me exactly how I should deal with the situation.
