楽天へ問い合わせたところ
4/26送信の請求取消データが
カード会社に届くまで約2～3週間程度
かかるそうです。

請求取消のデータがカード会社に届いた後に
カード会社へ直接電話でお問い合わせ頂くと
キャンセルの確認が取れるとのこと。

現在日本ではと連休が続きます。
（4/29　5/1　3　4　5　7　8）
楽天担当者曰く
「連休中カード会社も休業する為
　通常より更に日数がかかる可能性有」とのこと。

推測するに早くて５月の下旬、
遅いと６月になるかもしれません。

As I asked to Rakuten, they said that it takes about 2 or 3 weeks to delivery the data of invoice cancellation which sent on April 26 to the card company.
After the data of invoice cancellation to the card company, you can inquire to the company directly by phone and confirm the cancellation.
