こんにちは。先日注文した上記の商品についてですが、そろそろ注文から５週間たちますが、入荷はいつぐらいになりますか？日本までの到着予定日もわかりましたら教えていただけますか？、至急お返事をよろしくお願いします。
また、今後たくさん購入した場合、安くしてもらうことはできますか？代理購入しているので、結構たくさんの注文が入ることがあります。よろしくご検討ください。

Regarding the placed order a few weeks ago, and it has been passed almost 5 weeks since I placed the order though, could you let me know when approximately available to receive the shipment? Could you let me know the schedule to Japan and also appreciate your quick reply.

And is there any room to consider to reduce the price if higher volume? It would be highly opportunity to have more placed order because I am a rep sales.
