USPSの対応が悪く、大変申し訳ありません。

新しい商品をお送りすればよいのですが、在庫がなく、かつ仕入れに相当時間を要するため、全額返金させていただきます。

大変お待たせして申し訳ないのですが、他の店舗から購入していただければ幸いです。

なお、1～2カ月後ぐらいにお客様に商品を受け取ったかどうかの調査がありますので、その際は配達されていないことを申し出てくださいますようよろしくお願い申し上げます。

I wish I could send new item, but it's out of stock and also it takes a lot of time to get supply, so I will make full refund.

I really feel sorry to have made you wait long, I hope you will be able to buy it from other shop.

Additionally, you will be asked after around one to two months whether you received the item or not, so please inform them that it was not delivered then.
