2. VERY VERY IMPORTANT. Declare the model as damaged model for repair.

3. Put a value of ONLY 20,- Euro for the parcel.

4. As soon as you have send the parcel please give me the tracking number and the name of the courier.

5. As soon as the model is repaired, MR will send you back the model.

原文の意味をきちんと捉えたいい訳だと思いますが、惜しいことに5番目の項目が欠けています。

を追記し、ご依頼者様にはお知らせをいたしました。訳抜けのないように注意したいと思います。
