In case you ordered via amazon.com, if the delivery destination is out of US, the message telling you that you need to pay import custom charge in addition to the price of the item and shipping and handling fee should have been displayed. But, as the system spec is frequently changed, such message would not have displayed when you made the order.
I understand the situation. I will make refund custom charge 31 Euro, which is approximately 34.78 dollars.
If you are satisfied with the item and will plan to make next purchase, please note in advance that 30-40% of the amount of money of the item price and shipping fee would be additionally charged as custom charge.
