あなたが30ドルの費用を費やしたことは判りました。以前その旨お知らせ頂いてますので。但し今回の取引は商品に問題はなく輸送上のトラブルです。あなたが郵便局へダメージレポートを提出する手続きを取って、完了連絡さえくれれば、補償が受けられます。そうすれば私は何らかの対応（一部返金など）を取ることが出来ますが、何もない状態で返金等の対応には応じられません。何度もお伝えすることになってしまうのですが、ダメージレポート提出の協力をお願いします。外装に汚れはありますが中はきれいな状態です。

I understood you spent $30. You informed me that previously. However, for this transaction there was no problem with the item, it was troubled caused during transportation. If you process damage report to submit to the post office and let me know when the process is complete, it will be covered. That way I can make some kind of arrangement (like partial refund), but without anything I cannot make refund etc. I have to repeat this, but please kindly cooperate for submitting damage report. There is stain on outer package, but inside is clean.
