私は、あなたの（外貨）請求システムについて質問があります
現在、私は93,727 韓国ウォンを請求されていますが、これは日本円でおよそ 9,395円 ( 77.81 USドル ) と
換算されます。私の理解では、8,900円が請求額だと思っていました。

外貨レートは日々変動すると理解はしていますが、この価格は理解できません
何か情報として明確にしていなかった（手数料的な）追加の支払いが必要だったのでしょうか？

参考までにお伝えしておくと、私は少量の購入でも追加費用が必要ない為に購入をしています。

できるだけ早い回答をお待ちしております。

ご請求しています

私どもがインターネット上で
ご注文時刻のレートを調べたところ
確かに実際の請求金額8900円と
約2％の相違がありました。

これは我々の推測ですが
銀行やカード会社にてウォンを円へ換算する際
手数料が発生したのではないかと思われます

詳細は銀行やカード会社への確認しないと
分からない為確証はありませんが
今後も引き続き調査します

As far as we investigated the exchange rate at the time the order was made by internet, it is true that there was about 2% difference from actual billing amount, 8,900 yen.

We just guess that the commission fee was generated in exchanging Won to Yen at the bank or the credit company.

Unless we ask the bank or the credit company to confirm it, we do not have any proof, but we will keep investigating it continuously from now onwards.
