ここ最近、以前よりもあなた方の商品の出荷が遅れていることにより、
日本への商品の到着が通常より1週間ほど遅れてしまっています。
私たちは金曜日NY発の貨物便で商品を輸送したいので、
木曜日までにニュージャージーのYamatoに到着するよう注文した出荷してもらえると助かります。

2枚組のピローケースに刺繍を入れてもらう時に、1枚のみ刺繍をお願いしているにも関わらず、2枚とも入っている場合があります。
この場合、1枚は販売が出来なくなってしまいます。次からは間違えないようにして下さい。

Due to your recent delays in shipping, products arrive in Japan roughly 1 week later than they should.
We want to transport the products using the freighter that leaves NY on Friday, so we would really appreciate if you could ship the order to Yamato at New Jersey by Thursday so that they arrive on time.

Sometimes when we order embroidering of 2 pillow cases and ask to embroider only one, the second one still gets embroidered.
Because of that we can't put the second one on sale. Please don't make this mistake again.
