私たちはアカウントがサスペンドされた日から、毎日指摘のあったメールアドレス及びブランド等のContact Us等から[e-mail]に連絡するようお願いし続けています。しかし、先方はなかなか動いてくれずに困っています。私たちは毎日メールやメッセージを送り続けており、関連するブランドを販売リストから完全に削除する努力を続けています。
起こってしまったことは仕方ありません。しかし、改善に向けて全力で努力していることは認めてください。

Since the day our account was suspended, we have been asking every day to contact [e-mail] through email address pointed out and brand's Contact Us. However, they do not make any action and we are troubled. We are sending emails and messages every day, working on complete deletion of related brands from sales list. There is nothing we can do about what happened. However, please do note that we are fully working on improvement.
