マンゴーも木から摘むのではなく自分で落ちた時が一番おいしいので枝に袋をぶら下げて木から落ちても地面に落ちないようにしたりした。
そういう風に植物に対し一つ一つ丁寧に育てると食べるときにも感謝の心が自然と生まれるし、実際そのように心を込めて作られた果物や野菜は本当においしかった。
そこで出会った人たちとは同じ部屋に寝泊りし、毎日一緒に働き、同じものを食べ、多くのことを語りあった。
3ヶ月というのは短いようで割りと長いほうで、やはり帰っていく人もたくさんいた。

Even for mangoes, its best time to eat is not when it's picked from the tree, but when it falls on its own, so I made some effort to hang bags from the branches to prevent it from hitting the ground.
Such careful methods toward each plants naturally grows the feeling of gratitudes while eating, in fact, the fruits and vegetables made in such wholehearted way was truly delicious.
With people whom I met there, I stayed at the same room, worked together everyday, ate the same thing and talked about a lot of things.
3 months seems short, yet it is quite long, and there were a lot of people who went back as expected.
